The Business Planner
Enhance your next business meeting by holding it at The Ranch. Up to 176 guests can be seated in our Pavilion which also offers a private outdoor courtyard overlooking the Berkshire Mountains. You may also wish to include 18 holes of golf, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, a golf clinic with a PGA Professional, or logo gift items from our Golf Shop. Your Board members, executives, clients, or staff will be treated like members for a day at The Ranch Golf Club.
Corporate Outings
Up to 144 players. Includes guest fee, golf car, practice facility, credit towards food and Golf Shop prizes, instructional clinic and bottled water on each golf car. $130.00 Per Person during Prime Season. Off-season rates available. Call for details.
Gold Executive Package
From 4 to 144 players. Includes guest fee, golf car, practice facility, instructional clinic, bottled water on each golf car, customized Ahead Headgear Golf Cap, appetizers and one beverage per person following golf. $160.00 Per Person
Platinum Executive Package
From 4 to 144 players. Includes guest fee, golf car, practice facility, instructional clinic, bottled water on each golf car, customized Ahead Headgear Golf Cap, Customized Bag Tag plus a Ranch Golf Shirt for each Player. This shirt can include your Custom Logo. Please allow 3-4 weeks lead time for shirt embroidery. Appetizers and 1 beverage per person following golf. $205.00 Per Person
Golf Getaway Packages are available with The Ranch and The Sheraton Springfield at Monarch Place. Please call our Event Coordinators for rates on single occupancy or double occupancy rooms.

Suggestions for Successful Events
- Plan your event as far in advance as possible
- Designate one contact person/coordinator from your group
- If using a committee, keep size manageable
- Allow several weeks (3 to 4) for custom logo and embroidery items
- Personalize all that you can to create that “Special feeling”
- Take into consideration the playing ability of the group and have a tournament that will be fun for all

Valet parking is available upon request.
Handicap Services
The Ranch Golf Club offers the use of a USGA GHIN system computer for our guests to post scores to their home course. This complimentary service is provided to all guests and is located in the Golf Shop.
